1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
(a) Electronic Agreement: This Agreement is an electronic contract outlining the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service. iVisitDoc reserves the right to update or modify these terms, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.
(b) Format of Agreement: By using the Website or becoming a Member, you consent to receive this Agreement in electronic format. Should you wish to receive a non-electronic copy, please contact us at info@iVisitDoc.com.
(c) Withdrawing Consent: You may withdraw your consent to the electronic Agreement at any time by sending an email to info@iVisitDoc.com. Upon withdrawing, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to the Service unless new credentials are issued.
2. Eligibility and Acknowledgment
By using the Website, you confirm that: (a) The Service is provided at the discretion of licensed healthcare professionals. (b) The Service is designed for non-emergent medical conditions. (c) You are located in a state where iVisitDoc is authorized to operate when requesting the Service. (d) The Service is not reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government programs. You agree not to use the Service for reimbursable services under such programs. (e) You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
3. Non-commercial Use
The Website is for individual, personal use only. Commercial use, including use by organizations or businesses, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
4. Billing and Payment
(a) General: By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees through an online billing account. Charges will be made to your selected payment method. iVisitDoc reserves the right to correct any errors, even after payment has been requested or received.
(b) Payment Information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Please notify iVisitDoc immediately if your payment details change or are compromised.
(c) Payment Method: Payment terms depend on agreements between you and your payment provider. Should payment fail, you agree to cover the outstanding amount upon request.
5. Certification
The iVisitDoc Health IT Module complies with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB. This certification is not an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your username and password. Notify iVisitDoc immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. iVisitDoc is not liable for any damages arising from security breaches caused by your failure to safeguard your account information.
7. Proprietary Rights
iVisitDoc owns all proprietary rights to the Website and Service, including copyrighted material and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content from the Website without written permission, unless the content is in the public domain.
8. Prohibited Activities

Referral Policy

By creating an Account, you consent to receive informational text messages from iVisitDoc. You can opt-out by texting STOP, but doing so may affect your use of the Services.
Medication History
By using the iVisitDoc service, you consent to the retrieval of your prescription history. This data helps us optimize your healthcare experience. You can request amendments or deletions of this data at any time.
Compliance
You agree to comply with this Agreement. iVisitDoc may restrict your access to the Service if you fail to comply.
Consent
By agreeing to these terms, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where iVisitDoc operates. You acknowledge that Providers rely on this certification for facilitating your care.
NOTICE: By signing this Agreement, you are waiving your right to a jury trial for medical malpractice claims.
